We are expanding our Financial Services team in Stockholm and are looking for an experienced Manager (6+ years’ experience) to lead strategic and transformation initiatives for leading Nordic banks and insurers.

About the Role

As a Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive client impact across topics such as:

Strategic focus

• Corporate strategy & growth initiatives
• Operating model design for future capabilities
• Strategic cost management and efficiency levers
• Buy vs. build assessments and investment decisions

Transformation focus

• Transformation design and delivery with value realization ownership
• Value management frameworks and change governance
• Business process management and operational excellence

Your role includes managing senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across large organizations, and connecting the right Accenture competencies to deliver sustained success.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or transformation leadership
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate with executives
• Experience in strategic analysis and/or business transformation within financial services
• Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English is required due to the nature of client interaction
• Master’s degree with a strong academic background
• Experience within P&C insurance and/or financing/loan products and distribution in retail banking is meriting.
