Role Overview:

Title: Engagement Manager – Digital Consulting

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

As a rapidly growing global digital consultancy, we are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to help us scale by strengthening our consulting operations and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex digital transformation programs.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role for a structured and strategic thinker with a background in top-tier consulting and strong delivery orientation. You will be responsible for leading engagements from discovery through execution, managing delivery frameworks, tracking progress, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

    • Client and Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the day-to-day client lead across multiple digital engagements
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and value delivery
    • Facilitate regular alignment and check-in sessions with client sponsors and internal delivery teams
  • Project Management and Delivery Execution
    • Plan, structure, and manage delivery of consulting and product-focused engagements
    • Develop and maintain project artifacts such as workback plans, RAID logs, milestone trackers, and Gantt charts
    • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
    • Ensure structured delivery and reporting cadence across internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic Problem Solving
    • Break down ambiguous business needs into clear problem statements and actionable steps
    • Translate strategy into delivery plans, and support teams in maintaining alignment with client goals
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentation materials
    • Support strategic planning sessions and facilitate workshops
    • Ensure visibility of progress, risks, and blockers through high-quality documentation
  • Qualifications
    • 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, ideally within MBB or Big Four firms
    • Proven experience in digital delivery, transformation programs, or discovery work
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Structured and analytical mindset with attention to delivery quality
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, delivery tracking tools, and risk management frameworks
    • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, lean environments
    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus
