Responsibilities
- Own country HSE Implementation Subject Matter Expert and drive for agreed deliverables
- Provide consultancy to assist HSE officers and site managers to review and facilitate country wide’s risk assessment process, to ensure risks prioritized, managed and controlled as appropriate
- Facilitate HSE officers and Site Managers on accident prevention programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor HSE performance and perform analysis with reports on findings and recommendations with alignment to Country Safety & Health policies and objectives.
- Identify best practice and promote success story when appropriate
- Liaison related disciplines on HSE training needs and skills development as appropriate.
- Be an active HSE consultant to client for safety management consultancy service
- Facilitating support site safety officers/ site managers to implement all HSE programs/ initiatives properly.
- Provide consultancy to site safety personnel on HSE related.
- Be an active HSE consultant to client for safety management consultancy service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health Safety or related field with Professional Safety License (จป. วิชาชีพ) is an advantage
- At least 8 years experiences in Safety and Health background
- Presentation skill, training skill, proactive, high leadership, and problem solving
- Ability to work independently, self-motivation with good organizing and strong communication skills, build relationships and flexible
- Computer literacy
- Good command of English and Thai
- Knowledge of People Management is preferred
